The short version: the tools are free, they run on your device, and you are responsible for the files you put into them.

1. Agreement

By using ToolsAllInOne you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

The site is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

We may change these terms, for example to reflect new tools, changes in the law, or changes to how the site is funded. When we make a material change, we update the date above and summarise the change at the top of this page. Changes are not retroactive. The site is free and needs no account, so you can stop using it at any time; if you keep using it after a change, the updated terms apply from then on.

2. What the service is

ToolsAllInOne provides free online tools — file conversion and editing, document, image, video and audio utilities, developer tools and calculators. Everything runs inside your own web browser using open-source software; your files are not uploaded to us and we never receive, process or store them. There is no account and the service is free to use.

3. Your files are your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the files you process and for what you do with the results. By using the site you confirm that you have the right to process the file in question — that you own it, or hold the necessary permission or licence, or that your use is otherwise lawful.

You must not use ToolsAllInOne to:

  • infringe anyone's copyright or other intellectual property rights;
  • remove or circumvent digital rights management or any technical protection measure;
  • process material that is unlawful to possess or distribute in your jurisdiction;
  • attack, overload, scrape or automatically harvest the site;
  • harm, deceive or defraud others, for example by producing forged documents or counterfeit records.

Because processing happens on your device and nothing reaches our servers, we have no ability to see, review, moderate or remove what you process. That makes your responsibility for it absolute.

4. Calculators and estimates are not professional advice

Some tools produce financial, health, fitness or engineering estimates — mortgage and loan repayments, retirement projections, tax and margin figures, BMI, body fat, calorie and macro targets, due dates and fertile windows, and material quantities for building work.

Every one of these is arithmetic on the numbers you enter, using published general-purpose formulas. None of it is personal advice, none of it takes account of your circumstances, and none of it is a substitute for a qualified professional. Specifically:

  • financial results are not financial, tax, mortgage or investment advice, exclude fees, taxes and rate changes, and are not an offer or a quotation;
  • health, fitness and pregnancy results are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, are not contraception, and must not be relied on in place of a doctor, midwife or dietitian;
  • construction and material quantities are estimates for planning only and are not a substitute for professional measurement or for compliance with building regulations.

Check anything that matters with someone qualified before acting on it.

5. No warranty

ToolsAllInOne is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

In plain terms: we do not promise that a conversion will succeed, that the output will be correct, complete or of any particular quality, that the site will always be available, or that it will work in every browser or on every device. File conversion is lossy or imperfect in many cases, and the limits of your browser and device apply.

6. Keep your originals

Always keep a copy of your original file. Conversions can fail, produce unusable output, or be interrupted by a crash, a closed tab, or your device running out of memory. Do not use this site as the only step between you and an irreplaceable file.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolsAllInOne and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, files, profits, revenue or goodwill, arising out of or connected with your use of the site — even if we have been advised that such damage is possible.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Our content and trademarks

The text, guides, page design and original code of ToolsAllInOne are © ToolsAllInOne. The open-source components, fonts and icons listed on the open-source page are not ours and remain under their own licences. You are welcome to use the tools, link to any page and quote short extracts with a link back; please do not republish substantial parts of the site's text as your own. We claim no rights in the files you process or the results you download.

Product, platform, company and file-format names that appear on ToolsAllInOne, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, PDF, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, iPhone and Android, are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to describe the file formats and platforms our tools work with. ToolsAllInOne is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of these companies. QR Code is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED. Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies.

9. Third-party software

The site relies on open-source components, each under its own licence, listed on the open-source page. Those licences govern that software, not these terms. Some media formats are additionally covered by third-party patents; where that applies, obtaining any licence you may need for your own use is your responsibility.

10. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may add, alter or remove tools and supported formats.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

11. Governing law

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
